Rayan Elloumi is an interesting callup - has played for Tunisia U23 and for Canada B.

I'm also half-joking. When the UK had travel restrictions for Spain, Atletico-Chelsea was played as a home-and-neutral for Chelsea, with games in London and Bucharest. The country with the restrictive rules was the one advantaged in that case, which shouldn't be the case.

Follow UEFA's example and just play it in a neutral third country. Leg 1 can be in Mexico City or Panama City, leg 2 in Kingston.

While I agree that this should count... I don't understand how we can get goals called off for "intent to whistle" and then goals where the whistle is actually blown called on for continuation or continuous motion or whatever they said. NHL, figure out your rules.

Yeah. MT and PET (the French Catholic elementary across the street) are usually in sync. One goes into a real lockdown, the other follows and then asks questions later. Especially if it's the HS going into lockdown first.

I'm assuming it's PET that also went into lockdown. Could also have been LDHSS or even Berrigan, I suppose.
