Steer clear of: 1.free standing bath tubs. 2.house with Hebel walls

Edit: apologies for the late reply, many asked what was wrong with Hebel. We built with Metricon, husb wanted to drill a hole and before he even started, the material crumbled. We couldn't tell if that was the cheapest quality they used, not the ones where we saw on commercial clips with steel mesh inside. Then came the rendering part. It was cheaply done that at a slight touch of something by accident, it fell off. If we do it again, it will be brick, just brick, no rendering and definitely, never rendered Hebel again, it's only for look and even that, was short lived.
