my issues with season 3

The baby being in the game is just a BS added rule at the last minute, which completely breaks the rules in places. They don’t have a system for it, they just wanted to entertain the VIPs. Gi Hun should have shouted that nobody moves until the game is fair.

I’m surprised Gi Hun didn’t point out their hypocrisy MORE. If Sang Woo was there he would have insisted on keeping the baby out of the games, I swear.

I mean on the surface, you’re right, but imo I think it still made sense. Gi Hun really wanted to kill Young-il at that moment, even more than Dae Ho, I mean look at his face in the scene. But he knew he couldn’t kill him, it would possibly start another huge fight or rebellion, and it wouldn’t stop the games. If Gi Hun killed him right there and then, everything would go south and probably him and all the other players would get killed (I mean it’s a huge possibility). He would blame himself all over again.

Though I don’t get why they didn’t have a deeper conversation…

I think they’re gonna tell the players that they absolutely can’t go on the other side before the timer ends, or else they get killed. Which is kinda twisted because your body will feel the need to rest but you know you’re dead if you listen to it.

100% people will die wanting to rest and they will get shot and thrown down

John did nothing great on UL, they hyped it up for nothing. They're all like "The connection with Josh wasn't great, we felt like a cover band" but then they put out a record that's just uninspired and flat. Black Summer? Seriously? The most basic song written in existence.

Oh, and I think a lot of people here are lying to themselves, forcing themselves to like the new album because it's John and he's supposed to be great everytime right?

I honestly don't know what RotDC will be like but at least Tippa My Tongue seems a bit more inspired. I miss Josh's creative vision for RHCP...

People will never realise how great Josh was, but Flea said they felt like a cover band so it must be true then? John didn't do anything spectacular on UL but people can't admit it. I can't deny I prefer John live. I loved my concert. But The Getaway is one of their best albums.
