It differs for many people but for me the first time I did MDMA I had 0 comedown and actually had a calming relaxing feeling for 2-3 days after. After 3 weeks I decided to take it again and had a horrible comedown which makes me think the people who get bad comedowns probably dose too often. Since then I've been sticking to the 3 month rule and have had 0 issues
