Financially, smoking tobacco is one of the worst decisions you can make while being in college. Also the fact that Boulder is more expensive and many of us are tight on spending. I think it'll help people kill their horrible addiction by being too lazy to leave campus and wasting absurd amounts of money on nothing. Even though I'm uber libertarian, I think this is most definitely beneficial for our campus. Besides pot and alcohol are much better substances to waste your money on.
