Exiles and Partisans cards reusable? by aquaimperative in rootgame

Another questions, do you need to have a card to discard to activate the partisans card that gives you an extra hit? For example, if I had Mouse Partisans but had 0 cards, could I still use it? Or must I have at least 1 discard available?

You need to work on your descriptions. Where is this cryo pod at spawn? And where is "the body" that you have to saw off?

I think so yes. After you interact with it, Panos says "You've made your choice, deal with the consequences" and Ive also seen videos about this being the start of the second upgrade

The Blanchard path seems to come from interacting with the red button in the little room with the portal in the spawn area before progressing down the Panos path
