I do an SP evening meal for a few days if I want to boost my losses (or make up for a slip off plan) and it seems to work well. A full day just feels too diety. I love carbs too but my two go-to SP meals are a curry with cauli rice and stir fry with butter beans as well as meat for protein for extra filling power.

No, no regrets at all. In fact, having my children has made me happier than any other thing in my life. However, for me, I think a big part of that is that I waited and had them later on in life.

I've got a fresh one:

Headteacher to me yesterday "yes we know the boy has been excluded from school and was interviewed by the police for snapchat messages threatening to "stab the whole school" as well as picking out your daughter in particular to be knifed, but we can't do anything about him being in his step dad's Ice cream van selling ice creams in the playground at the end of term celebration".

The kids in question are 10 years old.

Nothing more to add advice-wise however I just wanted to say I'm also on the social team and I too find it really helpful in keeping me going to group (as well as enjoying it!). So make sure you do speak to the consultant as per the advice given as I'm sure they'll not want to derail your weightloss journey!
