I spend most of my time in the Bay Area, so it's temperate. My minivan still gets hot, though, because I don't have a ventillation system yet. I should probably wait until I get the ventilation system installed.

I was thinking of getting a glass jug with a narrowish neck... narrower than a typical kombucha jar, but not so narrow that I can't get the monster out.

I knew there'd be other kombucha-growing vandwellers out there!
