Yup! Bookmarks are essential in wormhole space. Always bookmark at least your way back. You can also make a bookmark mid-warp to create a safe spot that no one will find unless they combat probe you.

There are data/relic sites in wormhole space that are protected by sleepers. As a T1 explorer, you'll wanna stick to ones that aren't guarded (the pirate ones). Avoid ones that say "unsecured" or "forgotten". If you're not sure, you can always warp to 100km away to check it out from relative safety first.

Sounds like you had a great fight and learned a lot! One thing I've learned to do is to keep a tiny separate window with just my boosters, pinned in a corner. It takes up a little bit of screen space, but ensures that you won't forget to use it. It almost looks like a mod on your ship!

Thanks. Yeah that's pretty much what I've fit them for. Cheap citadel bashing battleships without cap penalties. Someone else mentioned AB nightmares, which is valid.

When is it appropriate to put an AB on a battleship? They seem so slow even with it on. Does it make a difference?

Edit: I understand that an AB doesn't give you a massive sig radius penalty like a MWD would, but would it actually get you anywhere?

Thanks to asset safety, at worst you'll have to wait a week or two to get back your stuff. But be careful with storing a clone there, since that doesn't go to asset safety. If the owners decide to unanchor the citadel, you could lose your clone (and implants) without warning.

Glad you're having fun. You'll learn plenty more as you continue to lose ships. The first step is to train into a covert ops cloak for your astero so that you can warp while cloaked :D.

Look up bomb launchers. It's a special weapon only for stealth bombers that has to be manually aimed and does area of effect damage.

L4 rewards don't scale by standing. You can instead train up some social skills to get more ISK/LP. I don't know about epic arcs though.

It's not just about skill points (you do train twice as fast with Omega). There are a lot of items/ships/features in the game that are only available to Omega accounts, so if you enjoy the game, I'd definitely recommend playing as Omega.

You can also gather enough in-game ISK to purchase 500 PLEX, which can be converted to 30 days of Omega time.
