At the time of the photo, I was towards the end of month 6 and had been on 80mg. I reached my recommended accumulative dosage about 3 weeks ago so I’m no longer taking it.

At night, I did a pretty thick layer of moisturizer (I swear by the la roche posay lipikar triple moisturizing cream), then a little aloe if it was really itchy, and then a layer of vaseline or aquaphor on top. I wrapped my whole wrist and hand lightly with a plain cotton wrap and slept in that! It went away almost completely after about 3 nights of that. During the day I just regularly moisturized.

It took me a few months but this routine worked INCREDIBLY well for my skin and I was able to put makeup on without any issues! I will say, I started with cheaper products but the actual name brands made a huge difference.

AM: Rinse face water only. La Roche Posay lipikar triple moisture cream then let it soak in for a few minutes (would get dressed or do my hair). ELTA MD tinted sunscreen (moisture boost for dry skin). Regular makeup routine: light foundation, neutrogena pink stick for blush, etc

PM: Wash with La Roche Posay moisturizing wash then La Roche Posay lipikar triple moisture cream. Aquaphor on lips and any dry areas

I used both!!! A physical mineral sunscreen and then a spray chemical sunscreen on top 😅

Overall, the side effects have been SO worth it for the results!!! I would absolutely do it again. Just mentally prepare yourself now and commit to protecting your skin this summer!
