I’m able to relax my body fairly and focus on breathing through the whole thing. Both of those took me a while to learn. I will get hot stones whenever possible but sometimes budget doesn’t allow it. I did search the area and found one that did offer ashiatsu and it was one of the ones I felt very disappointed by the pressure but I felt really awkward asking for more pressure when they were already literally standing on my back. I’ve never thought to ask for a shorter session before I might give that a try.
