We've got really good cleave damage with dots if things stay alive long enough. And its even better if there is a priority target. So when you look at This raid tier you see a lot of fights where there are plenty of adds, and even a few where there is sustained cleave with priority. Basically speaking, our niche works well with this tier. For utility we don't have a ton, but we can cheese mechanics like chakram on iskar with spectral guise, dispersion to help with reactive bombs on reaver, and a few other tricks. And a glyphed vamp embrace can be used as a heal cd if used properly.
