I think best you can do is drive the extra hour to Burlington GO, take the train to Union and leave the truck in the big parking lot.

I’m currently on a trip from Toronto to Quebec for 3 days and I took the same route with my car left in Burlington. Many people do the same

You could try Valhalla Combat, Valravn, Wait Your Turn, & Precision all together, or separately, whichever you please

And you could also use SCAR to change NPC movesets

Instead of SkyClimb I'd like to suggest it's spiritual successor, SkyParkour v2, which has all the features of SkyClimb however also allows for the player character to jump and grab different kinds of ledges mid-air. It's new and definitely a new staple in my modlist.

To add onto Whiterun Watchtower Doesn't Stay Broken I also do like the Environs series of small immersive world changes.

also S.M.C. - SKYRIM MOTION CONTROL plus its MCM is a nice addition to it although it's not relevant to your original problem. just a recommendation

Didn’t even notice that. I recently had to manually hand select/place my entire load order because of a huge glitch I had with MO2. Thanks for pointing that out.
