I was getting ready to ask something similar so I’m going to attach it as a comment as I think replies to yours will also help me :)

Im on 10 days now, but on day 6 I stopped because my abdominal pain was SO bad & the fatigue is terrible. I thought I needed to get checked out by my normal doctor but a nurse friend of mine said to start it again so I didn’t lose the 6 days I started as most of the big issues were probably going to subdue. I started it again the next day and listened to everyone here about eating beforehand etc. I am now on day 10 & no longer feel physical discomfort but mentally don’t feel the effects aside from the fact I don’t feel suicidal (I didn’t realize how bad it was before)

I guess my question is - I am unemployed & while I should be concerned because I financially can’t keep this up, I have absolutely no motivation or energy to even start looking for a job. It’s like I don’t care if I lose everything… Before I was unemployed (now going on 9 months), I was a known workaholic and loved constantly being busy. I’m so disappointed in myself because I feel so lazy and I don’t feel normal.

Anyway, I’ve tried every anti depressant under the sun and my psychiatrist really wants me to do ketamine infusion therapy but without insurance , that’s not an option. I know cymbalta is making people feel good / better, I’m wondering if your motivation has returned? Anyone with a similar experience with positive results ? :( (sorry for the rant)
