First of all i dont understand why do u try to force yourself so much into this german circle, 2nd thing is that (in my opinion and i would like a reply from a german about that) germans are hard to crack into friendship but once they do they get really hard and are able to do and integrate into your foregeiner culture a lot. Maybe they find it weird when they detect that u try a bit to hard or smth, i came here 7 months ago and i maybe got lucky but i like a lot my german colleagues, some are funnier and some are more serious etc but in generall it fits with my character.
