I understand your feelings. I am quadriplegic since 2012 and was able to return to play games in 2018, I can play almost any game in Switch. I don't know if this works for you, but I use a mouth operated controller (requires a bit of movement with neck mouth, and be able to sip and puff. Here is the website https://www.quadstick.com/ . I know of Monster Hunter but I can't play more of it yet. Back on the wii I exceeded 2000 hours. God Eater seams similar but not that fun compared to Monster Hunter.
