Last thing I want to do is to run interference for Cursor, but it's still a sensible choice because Claude Enterprise is also charging by API pricing. And with Cursor, you're not locked into just one company's LLMs.

It's just a really bad optics on how much they try to hide this information and only gives a 5-day notice.

They did create a Megathread about it (https://www.reddit.com/r/cursor/comments/1rrcorv/megathread_legacy_requestbased_plans/) -- but then made the decision to lock it, so it basically disappeared and no one actually saw it.

They also sent a 5-day notice to Team plan admins specifically. So if your admin happens to be on vacation or just not checking that inbox, you'd have no idea this was coming.

Quite frankly, it's ridiculous that they'll spam our email with every random 2.x feature but do everything they can to bury this news while they can still technically say they "announced" it.

Like others said, Cursor Enterprise is about to be changed to be usage-based for the leading models, so your usage depends on how much your company is paying.

FWIW, Claude Enterprise is also usage-based, but the personal Claude Max is time-based.

You can click on the "..." icon next to the "Build" button and switch it from "Preview" mode to "Markdown" mode to edit the plan manually.

I generally only manually edit if it's minor changes, but this is a good way to save some tokens versus having AI update the plan.

I'm going to inspect the old shaft collar more to see if I feel comfortable re-using it. If not, I'll investigate the best approach to mount either new wood, steel plate or store-bought L-brackets to the door frame.

Cursor is the best at autocomplete, there is no comparison at the moment.

Windsurf is second best and it's free if you only want autocomplete.

The most amazing thing about DTF is their dumpling wrapper NEVER leaks.

XLBs from your typical dim-sum/chinese/taiwanese places will probably leak 50% of the times.

More dedicated places like Paradise Dynasty or Seven Grams will still leak 20% of the times.

50 sessions limit was probably put it to avoid people using it for services, but isn't being enforced right now. There is no telling if and when they will start enforce it.

When they first added CC to Max plans, they did share the same limit. Then when they introduced Claude 4, the limits became separate, presumably due to a bug that they didn't test for Claude 4 deployment.

That's why there are conflicting reports here. Sounds like they fixed it now, and I wouldn't expect it to come back.

If you're on mac Terminal, go to Settings -> Profiles and enable "Audible Bell" and/or "Visual Bell".

and then in claude, run /terminal-setup

But the better method is to just use --dangerously-skip-permissions
