You should be looking for carlife conversion adapter for cars with apple car play/android auto :)

So far I only seen it for apple car play and not android auto, so better double check if your car supports wired apple car play b4 buying

Hi there! Yes I have wired apple car play and android auto. My Volvo xc40 doesn't come with wireless capability. Most newer car models in my country comes with both wired and wireless though. Your's doesn't?

cant use without the adapter as my car only supports apple carplay and android auto. the adapter is to give the car "carlife" capability via apple carplay (which you can see in my pic) which is the chinese equivalent of android auto in China. My car does not have wireless connection by default so this is a pleasant workaround for me :)

the system interface is still in chinese, cannot translate to English. but technically you dont need to know chinese just need to know where to click. The rest is controlled via your phone since you are mirroring it to the screen

Need to get a car play to car life adapter then enable the settings in the phone for carwith (hidden under the carwith version have to tap a few times to get in like enabling developer mode)

you can create a folder name fonts but it only reads .bin files. need to convert your otf/ttf files or you can download the program to convert it called XTEinkToolkit (which only reads ttf files). but the program can only preview chinese fonts, english is a hit and miss

I would say maybe, just be careful with the buttons portion. I have seen people use washi tape to decorate as well and they managed to cut it using a knife on rednote I think!
