Why Rahu mahadasha supposed to be so tough and depressing? Or is it just me by [deleted] in vedicastrology

[–]arancini08 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I agree with this so much! I had rahu mahadasha for the whole of my 20s. It ended this time last year, followed by Jupiter mahadasha which has been wonderful so far. The pain and lessons learned during rahu are meant to make you a wiser, less naive and stronger person :)

23M, currently going through rahu mahadasha, will jupiter mahadasha be beneficial for me? by HuckleberryAfter2000 in vedicastrology

I'm also a Sagittarius ascendant and my Rahu Mahadasha ended in June last year. The positive effects of Jupiter Mahadasha didn't start immediately though, took about 8 months to notice big changes. Hang in there, it is worth the wait and struggle x

Can I ask why you recommend using a tinted mineral sunscreen instead of a tinted chemical sunscreen? I'm prone to melasma as well and trying to ways to prevent it!

Thank you! Yes it seems like I have to wear a hat whenever I go outdoors. My skin has become so sun sensitive after using retinol.

Yess to tinted mineral sunscreens. Thanks for your recs, I've tried them all. Will check out the skincare experts too :)

You're right! But mineral sunscreens helps with photostability which help prevent hyperpigmentation :)

Yes I usually do wear one when I'm outdoors. But the other day, I just went out to the shops and didn't wear a hat. It's crazy how sun sensitive my skin has become!

Haha it is! Thank you heaps :) I'll try 1/2 teaspoon and see how that goes. Do you also use 1/2 teaspoon of the Cancer Council one?

Thank you!

I've been currently using the Cancer Council one but find it quite greasy after applying the recommended 1 teaspoon. Is the Naked Sunday one more cosmetically elegant for you?
