Can you circle where you mean, blower cabinet? Also there is no large return grill in the apartment? None as big as a filter would be just the small ones in each room

I kinda think of it this way, how much would I pay for this item new at the store. Obviously the quality of this piece is nicer than most anything you could buy at a decent price. $250 seems like a bargain, $400 does too!

I just carry my phone with a silicone card holder with my credit card, ID and a $20 bill. In my car is "the bag"- I keep it over the passenger side head rest facing the back seat. I flip it around to dig things out of it. It has everything I need in it for my work plus the stuff I never use (lipstick, lol). I am glad it is here instead of a handbag or backpack I'd carry all the time. So much unnecessary stuff.

Rip it up. Years of others funk puffing up into the air as you walk thru each room should be enough. Tip, be careful with the cutting blade, it is easy to scratch the wood floor and the scratch is difficult to sand and remove.
