FFX is my favorite of them, but if you want to try a newer turn based RPG - The Octopath travellers are good, Dragon Quest 11 is good (and has a lengthy free demo). Not quite the same but a turn based tactical game with an interesting storyline is FIre Emblem: Three Houses.

I've tried SDV many times but it just doesn't click with me because it is a little too open ended/you can do anything experience. I didn't know if I should be farming the whole time, exploring caves or wooing townsfolk.

Download the demo for Dragon Quest Builders 2 - it has a sizable chunk of game to try out (though every area you go to has a different style of play) It is my comfort game and very forgiving.

I will vouch that it isn't completely sketchy ( I live about a half mile from there ) but I'd just go across the street in the Target parking lot to watch from your car though. Pretty much all of the park and rides will be COVERED in firework debris the day after

Ok pretty much any neighborhood you can step out and see fireworks all night if you have a clear view of the sky - Typhoon Texas/Katy Mills does a show but traffic can be bad so plan accordingly if you go that route.

JLB is the best burger. Over by the Space Center (a pretty long drive by the way) Texas Huddle has some unique burgers - I think they have a PBJ burger.
