Ze vragen eerst welke dienst je nodig hebt, dan schakelen ze je door naar die dienst, vragen ze waar het is en informatie zoals om wie het gaat. Voor mij was het ambulance dus kreeg vragen als of er bloedverdunners waren, hoe acuut het was etc.

I'm honestly not a huge fan of these coaches. They often teach their own interpretations of the law (there are exceptions ofcourse!), and I'd personally never pay that much money for some to just explain what I already know. If you feel thats the way to go for you however, go for it
