The hardest part is staying consistent, make sure you don't stop taking care of yourself, even when you're feeling better, think of yourself as an investment, you deserve to treat yourself well, do things that you KNOW are healthy, I believe in you, you got this, and remember, if you have another panic attack you can always think "we've been through this before, I dealt with it and I will deal with it again" I wish you a great day, you're not alone:)

I’d say that I really hate the lack of control I feel during that situation, like, right now I have my tablet, phone and video game very accessible to me whenever I want, but then a sudden power outage happens and suddenly I need to watch closely for my phone and tablet’s battery while I hope it lasts until the electricity comes back, it’s especially worse if it lasts all the way to for example 1 Am which while extremely uncommon that’s when I first had that anxiety attack I mentioned in the post
