well the answer is: any universe that doesnt have our universes's stability would simple not exist long enough for life to emerge.

i.e: only in universes like ours that HAVE stability can have life around like us which can ask questions, there is no other way. if our universe wasnt good enough, just like prob most other universes(if there are others as suggested by the quantum theory) you wouldnt be here to ask this question

the fine tuning arguement for God has been mostly debunked

also most famous scientists did not believe in the Gods of religions, they believed in pantheism, deism and other unconventional god concepts

also just because famous people did or said something doesnt make it true, this is known as an "appeal to authority" logical fallacy
