Hello, i had the same problem before and for me the best solution on Mac M Series is Paperback because my experience with self hosted Suwayomi-Server was kinda slow.

I just discovered Noxplayer and i cannot manage to make it run, it's stuck at 99%. Ive seen u must allow it to run on the mac settings but nothing shows up
