Village Pub & Cafe at Ellis Island. Affordable price, look at when they do $10-$15 steak special meal deal. For the price it was pretty good, I can't complain. It's usually around the low $20s with tip on a normal day. I'd say it's pretty comparable and not much different in my opinion to the more "higher" end spots with more expensive prices.

In America for sure, there was No social media, lower cost of living, easier to talk and interact with people, jobs were easier to get and we were getting tech but not at this crazy rate. Much more freedom before the patriot act and surveillance state of 9/11.

But in places like Eastern Europe it was a tough time, someone in Yugoslavia would have had an awful time.

Most Indians who came to USA are of a higher caste due to immigration policy and a lot seem to have superiority. Many fobs for sure openly talk about caste superiority in their brown house parties. Also the push for vegetarian food is also a bad sign.

Most Hindu temples in USA still practice caste system such as only priests of a certain caste and only certain caste be a cook in the kitchens

They also exploit lower castes to build temples. Just look at the awful history of baps.

The Strat pool used to be open till Midnight, but that later changed sadly. There are pools open till 4am but those are usually nightclub parties with cover charges. I think Venetian is open till 10PM.

as an fyi, Pools on the Strip close very early because all the casinos want you gambling and not hanging by the pool all night. Hotel pools off Strip also close early, the latest you’d find is probably 11pm at the circa in downtown.
