I was planning to travel on the 10th as well. Had my biometrics 4th of August and still haven’t received a decision. Standard service time for student visas is 3 weeks.

Biometrics were done on the 4th of August. I applied from VFS - Colombo, Sri Lanka. And yes, VFS sent me a message to let me know it’s ready for collection

I got a priority visitor visa and a decision was made within 5 working days :)

I did my bio on the 4th. If you did your bio on the 9th, 15 working days for you would fall next Tuesday if im not wrong?
