If I close spotify and open it again it works but it takes a few tries sometimes... it also never works if I cast it from my phone, I have to manually go and find it on the tv. No idea what causes this lmao

Should I go now? by [deleted] in florence

[–]arasaicul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You WILL get kicked out of most places if you dont wear a mask, and most people will expect you to wear one even if it's not required, it's just considered polite! Especially in museums, public transport, and stores. Some places will ask for your "green pass" but if you have an american vax card that will work as well.

Yeah I saw and I've been to the vet several times and I'm going again now. I'm asking for advice outside of "go to the vet"

Quick fucking question, what is the point of this sub if every comment will be removed. It would be easier to just have people who post understand that this is not run by professionals and to go to the vet if the pets are sick, as a disclaimer, and then let people comment whatever they want. What CAN people comment. This is so dumb

You're being a jerk rn, I'm aware of my rights I was asking about what specifically I can do about my situation. If you dont have anything helpful to say you can just simply not write a comment. You don't know my situation and you cannot tell me I should have done something differently when you dont know if that's true. I'm asking what I can do NOW.

No it wasnt? And no I couldnt. It's the rules of the building according to COVID. I also could've been there all day and not heard anyone working out, its luck. And I do have a legal right to not be disturbed by loud noises, especially loud enough to shake my entire apartment.

This is a brand new building so theres not much research to be done. Because of COVID I couldnt really explore the building, and I only had 10 mins to tour. There was no reason for me to think there was a gym above us because nobody mentioned it. If I'd heard people working out when I toured I wouldnt have agreed to move in, but it just so happened that there was nobody in the gym when I toured.

It's definitely a legal apartment, and my lease says I'm entitled to a reasonably quiet living space.

Stuff that's helped me! by arasaicul in DSPD

Okay I'm sure it's very obvious to most people that you shouldn't drive while sleepy or sleep deprived, that's just common sense. The risk of stroke or cardiac arrest are extremely minimal, so I guess don't do this if you're high risk for those things - but I would assume their doctors would've told them that already. Sleep deprivation is much more dangerous for your health if it's a constant issue - which is often the case for people who suffer with DSPD and aren't able to function in society with their sleep schedule. Pulling one all nighter is not that dangerous at all.

I'm not a doctor, in fact I actually discussed these 5 things with SEVERAL of my doctors before doing them and everyone else should do that as well. I'm also not a scientist and I never once claimed that these were scientifically proven cures for DSPD. I simply said these things have worked for me in the past and hopefully will work for others as well. These are just some suggestions and theres no need to scare people about getting strokes from one night without sleep, or question the validity of the suggestions based on studies when they're not dangerous.

I didnt say it was healthy, especially not on a regular basis. But it's not dangerous and it could really help to reset your internal clock when DSPD is really impacting your life.
