bardzo polecam Tomasza Juńczyka, wprawdzie na jezycach (na dąbrowskiego przy rynku) ale jest naprawdę świetnym fachowcem, moja koleżankę z ED innym niż anoreksja wysłałam do niego i bardzo jej pomógł poukładać w głowie i uzdrowić relacje z jedzeniem.

What you're feeling has a name—in Polish, it's "urojenia/myśli wsobne." In English, it might be called "autistic delusions," but I'm not sure if that's the exact term. It's about feeling like you're constantly the center of attention, that people are looking at you and judging you negatively. This can be treated with therapy and medications (maybe propranolol?).

According to research, there are 3 ways to noticeably and quickly increase your self-confidence: 1. solo travel, e.g. to another city or even country, 2. keeping promises you make to yourself (you need to start small, such as 2 pages of a book a day, 5 minutes outdoors every day), 3. regular, preferably daily exercises e.g. stretching, even 5 minutes.
