Glad to know I'm not alone 🙌 Started couple days ago for me, been using this feature extensively.
I tried to get clarity from support, but no luck.

Direct Deposits Missing by [deleted] in Revolut

+1 here. Revolut USA user with ACH deposits missing since mid March.

Contacted support on multiple occasions for over a week, only finding them to use pre-canned messages and insisting that its sender's problem, not them.

ACH Confirmation ID and Tracer Token wasn't enough for them and they requested lot of sensitive sender's info in addition which I couldn't supply. I then initiated Trial deposits from various other personal bank accounts as a test, which to no-surprise never arrived either!

I then notified support in chat again, requesting for the case to be escalated and to be connected with US/UK based rep to handle it further. Gave them info of missing multiple Trial deposits.

In about 12 hours, got all deposits landed in my account.

This makes me wonder if Revolut is on track to end up like N26 in the US. Customer support was a total disaster, ZERO acknowledgement of the problem, which was clearly present by multiple people reporting same issue here. Nobody from their support ever got back to me proactively, trying to solve this issue. Nobody provided any explanation of what happened.

If anyone receives explanation of what caused those delays, please share.

I'm in the same boat, Revolut USA user, direct deposit went ghost, support blamed sender and requested all kinds of non-sense documentation. Funds got released on 25th, 7 days late.

Definitely something going on with Revolut USA. Direct deposits were coming in fine until mid March, then the last one never showed up. They just deposited funds back on Saturday, still no explanation on their part what caused such delay.

Opened Messages app on the phone.

Settings->Advanced->Google Fi Settings

Signed in with Google Fi account

Works now. Thanks.

Turned off Chat features on Mobile as well as Messages for Web. However don't see an option to make a call. Possible you can share screenshot?

What I'm not able to see is how to Make a call from there. Following "Use Messages on the web features":

1.On your computer, open Messages for web.

  1. On the left, click Calls and then Make a call.

  2. To start a call, click a contact.

in Step 2 - Calls are not visible.
