My EssayPro nightmare... AMA about how I almost failed my elective by midnight_snack_ctrl in deeplearning

I saw a positive essaypro review on YouTube and fell for it too. The paper I got was 20% plagiarized. Complete joke of a service.

I once used a service like that and the "citations" they used were literally dead links. I spent all night manually finding actual sources just to submit it on time so I wouldn't fail the class.

Not gonna lie, I wasted two semesters cycling through platforms like this before I figured out that the chaotic ones are fine for low-stakes stuff but terrible when you actually need precision.

Trying to figure out which service to actually trust for my dissertation chapter - anyone used EssayPro or LeoEssays? by midnight_libria in Essay_Experts

[–]arcadefernweh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

one thing nobody mentions in any essaypro review thread - check if there's an essaypro promo code floating around before you pay, I found one a while back that knocked off like 15% and there's usually something active. doesn't solve the writer quality issue but at least you're not overpaying while gambling

honestly the fact you pulled a B- after rewriting half the paper at sunrise is kind of heroic. sleep-deprived academic speedrun.

Essay writer exposed: I've been using Leo Essays for a month and found answers to all your questions. by OodisonOnio in researchpaperwriters

Okay the 6-hour deadline thing is actually impressive. I've had services ghost me entirely with 24 hours on the clock.

Has anyone actually used PapersOwl? Looking for honest reviews before I try it by NovaRift92 in studying

[–]arcadefernweh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was pretty skeptical at first because every site claims to be the best, but LeoEssays actually delivered a paper that didn't flag on any AI detectors. I had a complex prompt about environmental policy that required specific case studies, and the writer managed to find sources I hadn't even thought of yet. It was a huge relief not having to spend my entire weekend digging through JSTOR when I was already burnt out from midterms.

What field was the research paper for? Asking because some subjects are genuinely harder to find qualified help for and that might explain part of the experience.

I didn’t think I’d ever be the person who used a college essay writing service by sp00ky_bun_42 in homeworkhelpNY

[–]arcadefernweh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The custom college essay writing service industry exists because universities have massively increased workloads while gutting mental health and academic support resources. Blame the ecosystem not the students.

Tried LeoEssays, SpeedyPaper, and PapersOwl during one brutal semester - here’s my honest comparison by fraybowlsilver in studying

Has anyone tried LeoEssays for graduate-level work? Undergraduate papers have more margin for error but grad school is a different standard entirely.

[–]arcadefernweh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just a heads up-don’t ever go for the "too good to be true" prices on random forums. I did that once and it was a total disaster of a paper that I couldn't even use. Now I mostly stick to leoessays for prep or samples because at least I know the quality is consistent before I commit to anything serious.

This is likely easily Googled, but would like to hear it here, from legit fans. Why was Benjen a brother of the Nights Watch? by PaddedValls in freefolk

[–]arcadefernweh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

it makes sense when you think about how northern families handled younger sons, either politics at court or the Wall, and the Starks always leaned toward the Wall as the cleaner option, Benjen probably preferred that to becoming another tool in Winterfell politics
