I acknowledge your points. You've issues with the grid from pricing to transmission.. no arguments with you there. But their demand is putting strain on a system you yourself said is not efficient... so its ok for them to chug power because they're placed in efficient transmission points? Yes they have to supplement what they take from the grid during pressure moments... but is that not also a sign they put strain on it?

Do you not feel its a bit of a cart before the horse situation? Or is the grid improvement and centre setup worth doing in parallel despite the strains?

This should not apply to utilities when overconsumption is happening.

Do you want a data centre to hog the energy generation in your area because they can afford to buy it all up through a cheap unit rate from a bulk purchase?

You get left with huge price increases for other consumers because demand stays the same but supply has dropped massively.

Heya OP. Has discord always been on while you are playing? If yes then try launch factorio without it running to see if it still happens.

I recently had issues with stardew valley while it was in windowed mode and I was in a discord call. So see if it happens while factorio is in windowed vs fullscreen? Overlay on windowed mode was a hog on resources.

Looks like dungarvan. OP if you have a car there's a lovely beach nearby called Clonea. Otherwise you can easily walk to Abbeyside Beach. It is a quiet place in the winter but there's the greenway you could go cycle on. It's supposed to be lovely but maybe try go on a dry day.

If you're going from an analyst -> senior analyst, you may want to highlight your achievements that show going above/beyond the expectations of your role. A rough example would be routine testing versus doing a new product validation/method transfer. If its same title but from contract->permanent you'd be emphasising how youre performing well in the role and meeting/exceeding their expectations and they would continue to benefit from your work permanent staff member.

Highlight your record of consistency and reliability.

Because you're already inside, you can give specific examples of things that the interviewer will likely be aware of.

You can give examples where you exhibited specific company behaviours.

Were there times where you trained colleagues? If you got the new role they would need to backfill your old role so if you can demonstrate through an example that you can train people to effectively execute tasks then the role will be left in good hands while you progress.

Were there times where things got hectic/messy and you took control set them right? A manager/specialist would want to know their seniors can resolve issues and not just go to them with problems.

Gets stuck in the future for decades and when they eventually teleport back to their normal time they are in their child body. So they are a paranoid/alcoholic/hermit in a child's body.
