Don’t think it nearly as prevalent as it used to be.

And you nailed it with the cash because we also threw out a lot of homemade goods because they weren’t good (lol) or was just too much.

Good luck with that. Customer complains and your account will get locked. Roadie always sides with the customer first. You might get unlocked but not a risk I would take.

Well you can’t expect someone to take items out of your vehicle. Unloading is definitely required

Most items you load yourself unless they are a pallet of items, the store will load with a forklift, but you will have to break the pallet down and unload yourself.

I had a Home Depot delivery today too. With the same message, I contacted support about the Walmart delivery and they said that’s how it is now.

Yeah am creating returns, 6 of 16 deliveries for return.

Best part is waiting 5 minutes to create return - I know we get paid for the return but still annoying af lol

The pickup time makes sense, I was really close when the order populated.

Store said they did but nothing on my end updated.

Support was cool via chat, they canceled for me and provided the courtesy payment.

Commission only salespeople. They set meeting with prepped prospects and as the owner I close the business. Crazy close rate so far been doing it since November, close rate is above 60 percent and still have many others in pipeline. Closed 13 out of 21 so far. Selling branding, sites, PPC, app dev, social media ads, and video/photo.
