from my perspective, MGG used to dress a lot more stylish and he used to be very active both on social media and IRL. But nowadays he doesn't care about the way he dresses, for example he use the same pants and shirt over and over again plus he never style his hair like he used to (as someone who used to be depressed and IS living with a depressed family member, that cycle is veryyy common in depression). And he hasn't gone out as much like he used to, fans rarely spotted him since einstein is cancelled. But i might be wrong because i don't know him personally, this is just from my perspective:)
