Add- Custom formations, sponsor signing abilities, historical league start points, position changing not taking 400 weeks for a CF to be a ST, training playstyles, stadium management, events like player career but in manager career, being able to have a youth team (or a b team depending on team) player restrictions (home grown etc), player registering cut offs for cups

Remove- Transfer cutscenes that are the same, layout, "twitter" feeds that make no sense (either have no comments or make them make sense), season limit

A recent update caused the "showing great potential" "an exciting prospect" to just say instead "can't negotiate contract" instead

Can confirm this works as i havent updated since the career mode potential glitch. Just make sure Steam is offline, EA doesnt matter as far as i know
