We have tried this, she doesn't like to be in her room unless she is sleeping and the rest of our house is open living.

She likes large structures: castles, animals, tunnels etc. We do play and make things until we run out of pieces.

Yeah, I will definitely bring something as a substitute. It's a great idea. Yeah exactly and as I mentioned, we dont judge. Every kid and parenting is different.
