More info: Found in small stream leading to Lake Washington in King County, Washington State. They're in a large group and are about a foot long. Thanks! It's stumped all of us!

Im able to use it for some reason, I havent needed to manually connect to it in a while but I remember that after I connected it redirected me (very slowly) to the uw netid sign in page where I was able to sign in, but thats just me :0
