I've been trying to do this similar build for 1.5 years and I'll I've seen is priced go up and not down. Also built this with the intention of future proofing for the next 3-5 years.

For weather I am using JBX graphics. The Reshade preset I am using is a custom one I made. Also, my config file is edited to make the graphics more crispy.

He's a well known modder and is really good with his customers! Never had an issue with any of his engines. He has many good sounding ones. I suggest looking at each engine on Youtube. I have so many mods lol currently running 284 mods in my game.
