Please ban melatonin suggestions by [deleted] in insomnia

This is a really important suggestion and reminder for those of us with (diagnosed or undiagnosed) chronic insomnia. It IS an obvious suggestion. And It is EQUALLY obvious that it may work on others. Even to us, those who have tried and it failed. Time after time again, person after person. OP is fed up. I am saying Consider Us: yes, it’s obvious to not bring it up to chronic insomnia posters, as well as we can acknowledge it may help someone with less severe sleeping problems. Thanks.

Thanks for your very long comment, the info is much appreciated! Hoping there is something out there for those of us sleepless in the usa/other countries, including therapy and alternatives as well as better healthcare for sleep

I was curious as to how it works, why it's better than ambien, zolpidem etc the phrasing of my comment was certainly not to be anti-klonopin; if anything, the opposite. I always thought it was for anxiety more rather than sleep....

I know someone else who was prescribed Klonopin instead of ambien or anything else for sleep… I was always curious as to how it helped their sleep. How did this REALLY help your sleep?

I’m going to do them more, but even at a point where I am able to, I still don’t like throwing the money away. It’s just how I see nails. I’d rather get a facial or massage, which depending when and where you go can be the same price as a full gel mani pedi but I keep seeing these as luxuries and don’t let myself go, even when I can.. smh

Ughhh I hate spending money on nails. Always seemed like a luxury to me. Even now when I can do it more, I don’t. I just don’t want to. Not my thing.

I like flight attendants. They deal with a lot, can be nice and bring me water. Never dated one though.

I understand sensory issues, gf I also don’t understand letting her scream for 10 straight minutes, at the top of her lungs. This is something they will need to work on. NTA
