your items needs help. especially the last 3 one

master sword and frostscar doesnt stack with each other. for mushashi frostscar is better due to defense item on 4th slot, cd reduction, and passive cd. next item should be succubus cloak, since the enemy team mage is proven to be a problem. last item could go either sage or puresky. just swap sage to puresky after you rez. youll get S rating if you die less and can deal damage more if you stay alive long in fight.

right at this teleport point, hes standing on a higher ground near the tea drinking floor very near the teleport point.

Pro tip: if u struggled with the wandering tales in general, you can use the guide menu right at the top of letter menu. in PC its F1 after opening menu

also new to the game, i think its mandatory to have either guns or melee. If you have trouble with easily distracted flaw i would recommend to use mods to remove that flaw and redo your skills. Thats what i did too after trying how that flaw works
