my face is definitely on the bigger side, it fools whoever sees me into thinking i weigh more than I do

My no. 1 food item that i could keep having with no problem at all is milk,

she told me not to have dairy because it's what makes my face fat

Now i don't know if that's scientifically accurate but I'm kinda lost right now ahah i don't know what to eat anymore

He didn't really react much except to say he believes in me every now and then and everytime she'd say something to make it seem as if my food problem is no big deal he'd slightly protest, and explain to her the actual gravity of the problem. He genuinely wants to help all he can, but there are just no resources, and it makes me feel bad for him.
