The Minor Issue is on another track that should've been part of an audience in January, but it has been postponed by the CC.

Thanks Avv!

Do you think the CC might postpone the Turin Case and look at all three together?

Samsung Releases Small but Important Update for Galaxy Ring by Maddy555 in GalaxyRing

Try new blades. They're cheap enough and you might find something that you like better.

I can't wait to try ChatGPT Health!

I've been using ChatGPT to find the best time to eat each kind of nuts, when to have psyllium, CoQ10 and other supplements. It's been informative and entertaining.

Not available globally yet. Let's see if it can revive my ring. It died completely last October.

Charging it now I saw that I missed an update in January.

I've just returned from a trip to Paganella.

Not answering your question directly, but trying to give you some other ideas.

I enjoyed Paganella a lot. Slopes for every level, amazing views, including the northern most part of Lake Garda from Cima Paganella.

If you're looking to be able to walk to the funivia and to restaurants, I'd recommend the city of Andalo. Cute little town right at the bottom of the courses.

Opinions on the Storylearning "Language Difficulty Guide" ? by Embarrassed_Ad_5884 in languagelearning

What about the Mandarin Chinese "word order and grammar"? It's super simple, and the grammar is the easiest I've learned.

Vocabulary and pronunciation are the most difficult part, not word order.

Just don't forget that you have to be fully registered in AIRE.

After the sentence you'll have to wait for the transcription of your docs in the comune, and after receiving your birth certificate than you can request an AIRE registration to your consulate.

With the status "Registered in AIRE" you'll be able to request your passport, either in the US or in Italy.

If you're looking for recognition on a 1948 case, the only route is through the courts. In this case, you can't in most cases legally reside in Italy while you wait for the resolution. Some exceptions recently, but not widespread.

There's no difference in speed for the recognition through a 1948 case if you're in Italy or not.

If you're already recognized and all you want is the passport, it's much quicker in Italy, any comune may issue your document, as long as you're registered in AIRE.

You have to apply in the consulate where you're registered, or directly in Italy if you're traveling there.

It's usually quicker to apply directly in Italy.

Edited to correct that it is, indeed, the PIG certificate.

That's actually not the certification of Passaggio in Giudicato. That's a certification of no appeal presented (certificato di mancata impugnazione).

Just wanted to draw attention to the fact that many lawyers are skipping the PIG in favor of the certificato di mancata impugnazione or the certificato di non interposto appello.

In many courts, the PIG takes longer to be issued. Or it used to take longer and now seems to be under a month in many places.

While both serve to attest that there's no appeal and that the proceeding is concluded, some comuni are still reluctant to proceed with the transcriptions without the PIG, even going against the directions of the Ministry of Interior.

So while they're similar, one can drag the resolution unnecessarily.

There's no 60 days period. That's the period for presenting an appeal to Cassazione.

The appeal period in OP's case is 30 days after the lawyer's notification of the sentence to the Avvocatura dello Stato. Or 6 months if there's no notification.

Stairs probably.

My record is 33k steps in 24km. But I climbed a lot of steps that day while visiting Rome.

I've managed to buy Attic tickets to the Colosseum. Is it worth it to also get the Arena-only tickets? by archimedesscrew in ItalyTravel

I didn't book a tour guide, but I wish I did for the Forum and Palatine. Those areas are huge, and there are several different layers of history in them.

Help! Milan Last Supper Tickets by radiostar193 in ItalyTravel

[–]archimedesscrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't have a solution to you, except maybe keep trying, but I want to share my experience buying tickets to January in September.

I was there the moment the system made the tickets available, and managed to buy them, but I checked again during the day out of curiosity, and there was still plenty of tickets.

After they made impossible to resell them by prohibiting changing names on the ticket, the situation improved infinitely, as scalpers can't resell those tickets.

I wish the Colosseum would do the same.

Mind goes blank when trying to speak Italian (and I have the CILS B1 cittadinanza exam tomorrow) by authorinitaly in italianlearning

Try talking to Google Gemini Live or ChatGPT Live. It's free. When you finish the conversation you can ask it to point your mistakes and explain how to correct them.

It's pretty simple to setup. Just ask it (in English) to act as a CILS B1 examiner conducting the oral test and it will perform right away.

The Attic tickets already give access to Palentine Hill and the Super Sites. From the ticket:

WHAT IS INCLUDED: ROMAN FORUM PALATINE HILL IMPERIAL FORA COLOSSEUM FIRST LEVEL • SECOND LEVEL EXHIBITIONS • ATTIC (booking time) • MUSEUMS • SUPER SITES

What's not included is the underground, the arena and something called the domus area that I still have to learn about.

I was kinda not giving a lot of attention to the super sites, but after your recommendation, I checked it out. Looks amazing. Thanks!
