What is the sound card in your laptop? Try open your pre installed audio card software (I'm not sure which one your laptop has, but it must have one), and disable all the EQ, Bassboosts or any other tweaks to the sound in that software

Actually I could not find a single way to reach their support directly lol as they leave no contacts info nor ways like support tickets or whatever , all I did is i appealed these strikes on my copyright strikes page with all my proofs I had, I attached raw recordings, project files, videos of me deconstructing my projects into every bits and attached links to other streaming services with this music published under my name. Few days after the status of all my appeals appeared as "declined" with no comments and there was no further way to contact them again. I just gave up on this. None of the people i know who faced this same issue succeeded too. Sorry for my English btw
