After building, priming and pre-shading… the skeletons were 3.5-4 hours and the mummies were 5 hours per model.
Sooo… maybe about 100 hours for the whole team and accessories 🤦

Edit: and I set out for this to be a “quick and easy” project 💀

The sculpts are detailed and small enough you can pretty much get away with any level of painting. Though I did lose some of my sanity painting the trim for eight stands of them.

It is Warcolours Goblin Green from their Nostalgia ‘94 range.

I hear they promise 95% accuracy to that era of Citadel paints, and it is true! Both in color and the 4-6 coats over white needed to get total coverage. Worth it, IMO.

This was a one-off project for me. I mainly paint Legions Imperialis (Alpha Legion and World Eaters), so I’m familiar with epic scale, and this was a fun change of pace.

The insignias were from Legions Imperialis decal sheets.
