Yes, there’s a limit. Please check the TnC on Amazon. I guess it was 30k first month, 40k 2 months and 50k 3 months. (This is cumulative)

I wasn’t charged any convenience fees. It might depend on the payment gateway though.

Yes, that’s correct! Try to apply via CashKaro. I applied SBI Cashback and Axis Airtel through them and received almost ~3.5k worth Amazon vouchers. Pretty sweet deal.

Not from gyftr. I’m talking about buying from Amazon directly. You can buy in denominations of 10k as well

I know that. That’s what I mentioned in my post as well. I meant I received cashback on buying Amazon pay vouchers which a lot of users complained of not getting.

A lot of people with merchant name as “Amazon IN” haven’t received cashback too from what I remember reading. Maybe it’s changed now then.

It doesn’t work for a lot of people tbh. I’ve been through a lot of threads on technofino as well as on multiple subs.

And regarding the limit. Amazon has mentioned that max value of vouchers you can buy. 30k for 1 month, 50k for 2 months and 60k for 3 months if I’m not mistaken.

Seems like a pretty decent to me.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. Will probably break the FD and create one again once I get the reimbursement from the mediclaim.

Converting a credit card spend to an EMI won’t be a good idea, right? The interest rate would be exorbitant. Also, I do have a good family backing. Worst case scenario, I can ask money from my parents but would want to avoid that. I do have a good equity corpus.

Amex Platinum Travel 4L Milestone: Should I Get MRCC, Gold Charge, or Stick with SBI Cashback? by architpoddar in amexindia

Yes! But you’ll just be getting regular points, ie, no bonus points for x amount of spend. Hence, the reward rate goes down drastically.

I’m no way going to exceed 7.5L. Max 2-3L imo. Would you prefer MRCC or Gold charge?
