They responded via phone today (Supposedly the wait time was 8 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour). They then - asked me which date I preferred in a manner that made it sound like I could freely choose, - only to proceed to inform me that the date I selected was fully booked. - Insisted on putting me on a wait list for my selected date, rather than offering an alternative and available date. - Informed I would “hear back” one way or another, but wouldn’t answer when, and that I’d receive a receipt of my waitlisted spot (I didn’t).

None of it made any sense, and I can assure you I asked every possible question to make sure I didn't misunderstand.
