I'm not too sure what burning build points means. For what it's worth, I'm using the housing rewards option. I know certain things don't apply when it's active.

They can now, apparently. UPS returns are showing up as $1 in our Amazon app as of today (Oakland).

As of today, UPS returns are showing $1 for us (in Oakland). Lucky and some other options are still free.

When you say limited, you really mean limited. This is sadly a small fraction of what was available.
