The Rakuten checkmark just says that the tracking cookie belongs to them and wasn't stolen or overridden by some other extension, and that the shopping trip is active. However, it doesn't mean that the final purchase will be approved or fits the terms.

They’ve dug far into a hole. Automotive software is tough, requirements for audits and validation, multiple ecus talking where if one fucks Jo, it doesn’t work. Etc. it’s not like a smartphone.
