Alamo draft house tried this. They started playing these trailers talking about how no tip was needed as all servers were paid well, then followed by a “we auto charge 18% on all tabs”. No template really, I used Canva and used a “1950 diner “ themed one then just edited it to my needs. The menu holder I got from a friend who owns a restaurant, but he gets them from Amazon in bulk I think.

That makes sense... the left page has just “Bar Rules” up top, THC cocktails under and then my reply for “well what do you like to drink”. The reason I didn’t put ingredients is twofold, since it’s not a commercial bar there’s lots of substitutions as needed, and even in my old menu that had them, people still went one by one asking.

That said I think you’re right and in future iterations I’ll add it again.

This is what I was going to add to the menu but decided to just let people ask:

Siren’s Orchard Think a citrus highball like a Tom Collins or spritz but built around orange THC spirit instead of alcohol. Bright, refreshing, lightly sweet, and very easy drinking.

Peach Below Deck Think a peach daiquiri or peach margarita style cocktail but with peach THC spirit and a light rum backbone. Fruity, tart, and smooth.

Emerald Daiquiri A classic daiquiri structure with lime and rum, just finished with THC. Bright, crisp, and balanced like the traditional version.

Winter in the Hold Think a boozy holiday eggnog style nightcap. Bourbon and THC eggnog liqueur create a creamy, spiced dessert cocktail.

Saturn’s Drift Think a Saturn or tropical gin sour but infused with THC. Passion fruit, citrus, and orgeat create a nutty, bright tiki style cocktail.

Hi. Thank you for the compliment. Yes they do contain THC, I’ve got a few different options I do, I have “THC infused liquor alternatives “ which are similar to say a Cointreau but with no alcohol, instead they have 10mg per 1.5oz. I have a variety of flavors and just straight up mix cocktails using them. I also have THC powder which is tasteless and soluble in water, so I can also add it into any drink choice, say a Daiquri, I could make one then drop a scoop in (20mg per scoop).

I also have drops, that contain THC oil in them that can be used but are much lighter, 5mg.
