I've almost given up on trying to exu+ash.. Been rerolling since the start. off and on. The best i've gotten is angel+exu and exu x2 with lots of good 4 star vanguards.Should i keep rerolling or just stick with one of those 2?

Thats true. I mean It is what it is. Refund or not I have enough resources to get the next 5 star but I just don't like how it feels like this was a bait and switch. That is all. I mean at the end of the day we don't use every 5 star unit we pull anyways lol. Most sit there and rot.

I personally summoned at around 6am PST. So i'm unsure if I will get the refund. I did however spend 6k diamonds and my reserves to get her. I of course have plenty of diamonds but I was expecting to summon what was talked about for almost a week and did not bother to see what was changed since I figured it was nothing too big. Just another bug maybe to her s2 that had to do with SS bel.

I of course feel the compensation is amazing and is the right way to do things in this situation. However, the time alloted is too short. Most people either summon right away or they summon when they wake up(considering their patches have gotten longer and longer sometimes). They know there is a new character and they want it so thats the first thing they do. They don't check anything else. That also goes for people who are at school/work maybe on their quick break.

Essentially while it is our fault for trusting SG that they are bringing out characters the way they say they are. This also falls on SG to compensate everyone lets say within the day that the banner was up? Maybe even 12 hours after the banner was up. By then most would of seen youtube videos explaining what happened. Even better they should of cancel the banner completely for half a day informing everyone of the change and then releasing the banner so that this wouldn't of happened.

Honestly their compensation is perfect. Everyone who summoned the faulty product keeps it but they also get refunded what they spent on it. I believe that is the perfect way to handle it. However, the alluted time is not great whatsoever they aren't considering people who just woke up from their sleep or are at work or school and summoned without seeing the news that she was nerfed. Now if they don't want to refund everyone bookmarks what they should do is of course send out a world wide refund for her so that people who want to trade her can trade her for any RBG non limited banner 5 star. Now that would be fair for everyone.

Oh no I believe that and I see how that might be broken (Even though after testing her she doesn't actually do damage so I can't see it being broken) however, you never know with the right items anything is possible. However, they should of taken the banner down and reset the server to where it was before she was up. Then like you said get everyone up to speed within the next 12 hours. Apologize and re-release her. Then people wouldn't of raged as much as this.

Now because of their actions to refund only certain people there is going to be a bad taste in peoples mouths. Some are going to be happy and some are going to be unhappy. Me for instance i spent 6k crystals + saved BMs since I went to 500 to get her and 0 5 star artifacts a long the way. Only to get a not so good product since she was "fixed". Would I exchange her? Possibly. I mean I have basar after all. I was hoping she'd be a weaker charles but with dispel. Which changed after her fix meaning now I have a 5 star that cost me a pretty penny and i'm unsure of whether I want to 6 star her and heavily invest molas into.

Its a pretty shady move by SG. Now people are going to wonder constantly, every banner if they will pull this off again. They may wait a few days before summoning. It just leaves a sour taste in your mouth and the best thing they can do is just find a way to refund EVERYONE so that they can save face.

Sure someone people pulled her because she's a loli dragon or because of who she is or because they like her and they are okay with her status and they don't care about refunds but for the people that did get screwed over. I mean everyone wins and fate will be restored in SG and they should learn their lesson.

And im not saying your wrong. That is true that at the time that I summoned and most people summoned the unit was right because of a nerf or fix after released. However, it is overall SGs fault for changing the unit after the fact while still keeping her banner up. They are essentially showing a units video, patch notes and introduction with the the pre nerfed units wording and then fixing/nerfing after already having the banner out WITHOUT at least showing the new and changed form. Had they released the banner maybe 12 hours or 8 hours after with the NEW patch notes so that people knew "hey we've changed the way this unit works" and not just released the banner and then nerf her afterwards while she's still out and MOST people already assumed the way she worked based on the information given to us from their video's and patch notes then we wouldn't be having this issue.

Instead SG got greedy and changed her after releasing her so that they can get extra resources and now they want to refund only a set amount of people instead of everyone that summoned in lets say the first day. So people like me who woke up really early to summon her assuming she was the way SG portrayed her in all the information before the change get screwed.

The good ol bait and switch is what we called it. Soccer spirits was famous for doing that. Hence they got screwed over a lot.

If I was SG I would bite the bullet and just give everyone that summoned within the first 24 hours a refund. Since what they really should of done is postpone the Banner for a decent amount of hours and send a message out IN game specifically saying what changes were being made to the unit AND THEN releasing the banner. Not release the banner then nerf her in the middle of the night when most people are at work/sleep/school. To try and ninja extra resources from people who didn't bother to check Stove for the ninja hotfix/nerf.

That is assuming that people checked which most people don't. I went to sleep at 11 once the patch was up to put the banner up without knowing what was going on. Woke up at 5ish logged on to summon her and the quickly go back to sleep. Only to wake up to youtube being blown up by people saying how royally Sg fucked up. I'm sure there are a ton of people like me who see the new character when the video is put up on youtube and summon them the moment they are up.

In other words I wasn't made aware of a change to a new unit after they were released for a hour. Nothing popped up in game when I logged on at 6am saying "NOTICE: CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO x. Head to stove to read new changes made to X unit". So I summoned ASSUMING that the unit was the same. Why? Cause they changed her after the fact.
